NEW: The Utah Supreme Court has approved a New Lawyer Training Program ("NLTP")

This mentoring program will help train new lawyers during their first year of practice in professionalism, ethics, and civility. The Program will also aid new lawyers in acquiring the practical skills and judgment necessary to practice in a highly competent manner. The NLTP is effective for successful 2009 February Bar Exam candidates and thereafter will be mandatory. More detailed information is posted on the Bar's website http://www.utahbar.org/nltp/.

Welcome to the Utah State Bar Office of Admissions. The Office of Bar Admissions administers the design and grading of the bar exam, processes applications, and coordinates the character and fitness reviews of all applicants.
